Job Summary

Heres What You Need:

High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)

Two years of Front and Back Office experience in a Clinical Setting (REQUIRED)

Orthopedic Office experience (STRONGLY PREFERRED)

What You Will Do:

Manage clinic staff on day-to-day operation

Assist in identifying and providing guidance in resolving operational issues

Efficiently direct patient flow throughout the clinic

Coordinate general front office activities including but not limited to: registration TOS collections verification of benefits appointment scheduling daily billing daily reconciliations and other related duties

Assist the Practice Manager with ensuring appropriate staffing coverage at all times

Work location: 6401 Harris Parkway Suite 120 Fort Worth Texas 76132

Work environment: Office Setting

Work hours: Full-time 40 hours weekly; Monday thru Thursday (8am 5pm) Fridays (8am - 1pm)
