Staff Accountant

We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our dynamic accounting team. This role performs general accounting duties and is a key contributor to the financial closing process.

Position will perform general accounting duties including but not limited to the following:

• Support the monthly and quarterly close process ensuring timely and accurate completion of journal entry preparation schedule submission and account reconciliations.

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts Including fixed assets and various balance sheet accounts.

• Prepare accurate and timely balance sheet account reconciliations

• Prepare quarterly and year-end corporate schedules.

• Collaborate with the Shared Service Center (General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable etc) as needed to ensure the accuracy of the General Ledger.

• Support the completion of annual SOX requirements through the design assessment and testing phases

• Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and company policies.

• Other General Accounting duties as required.

Qualifications :

Education Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field required.

• 0 - 3 years experience in Accounting 

• Team player with excellent analytical verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite

• Exposure to Oracle ERP a plus

• Strong demonstration of business ethics and integrity.
