Job Summary

  • Facilitate new hire onboarding process including creating/sending welcome emails completing I-9s and E-Verify and maintaining spreadsheets related to orientation and benefits.
  • Complete accurate data entry for all transactions in the HRIS system including data changes new hires transfers promotions and separations.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to support employees across multiple business units and ensure timely completion of HR transactions across the enterprise.
  • Prepare letters and change memos for data changes and promotions.
  • Maintain organizational charts to reflect current workforce structure and reporting relationships.
  • Support payroll accuracy by auditing timecards each pay period and completing historical corrections as needed.
  • Run and distribute employee and time related reports to support payroll compliance and HR operations as needed.
  • Collaborate with various departments such as Payroll IT and Finance to create and maintain standard work documents (SOWs) and detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Support employees with HR related inquiries such as user log in issues request for verification of employment and HRIS related questions.
  • Maintain employee files to ensure all documents are timely and correctly electronically filed.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency accuracy and consistency across HR Operations.
  • Consistently meet payroll and compliance deadlines in alignment with company regulatory requirements.
  • Reduce rework or escalations related to HRIS transactions through attention to detail and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in human resources business administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role.
  • 1-2 years experience supporting an HR related function preferably with a data-oriented focus.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g. UKG ADP).
  • Proficient and professional verbal and written communication skills in communicating with employees.
  • Excellent customer service skills and detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook Power Point Visio).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective time-management skills in an environment with competing deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills attention to detail accuracy and the ability to complete and follow-through on all tasks.
  • Ability to perform efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to provide guidance and assistance to all levels of employees.

Pay Range: $30.00 - $34.00 an hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
