Job Summary

Uniform Advantage is hiring aPart-Time Retail Key Holderto support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will assist withopening and closing the store processing sales transactions merchandising and customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstandingcustomer service and sales support
  • Assist customers with product selection sizing and recommendations
  • OperatePOS systemfor sales returns and exchanges
  • Performopening and closing procedures including cash handling
  • Maintain store organizationstocking and visual merchandising
  • Support pricing updates promotions and displays
  • Handle multiple customers and tasks during busy periods
  • Assist with occasionaloffsite retail events (pop-ups)

Pay & Schedule

  • $15.50/hour starting pay
  • Part-time:1525 hours per week
  • Monthly Bonus Opportunity

Qualifications

  • Retail sales or customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in afast-paced retail environment
  • Flexible availability including nights and weekends
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18
  • Must pass background screening drug test screening and assessment test

Physical Requirements

  • Stand and walk for extended periods
  • Lift up to 40 lbs
  • Bend reach climb and move merchandise as needed
