CAPEX Global Category Manager Indirect

• Develop implement and drive global category strategies for CAPEX and selected indirect categories in alignment with overall procurement and business objectives
• Manage sourcing activities related to technical equipment machinery and service contracts across multiple regions
• Take full end-to-end ownership of assigned categories including supplier selection contract negotiation pricing lead times and performance management
• Drive cost optimization and value creation through strategic sourcing initiatives standardization and supplier consolidation
• Collaborate closely with engineering operations and project teams to support CAPEX projects and ensure alignment with technical and business requirements
• Identify and develop strategic supplier partnerships including evaluation of new suppliers and technologies
• Monitor supplier markets industry trends and innovations in equipment and technical services
• Support global CAPEX planning and investment projects from sourcing perspective

Qualifications :

• Experience in procurement category management or sourcing of technical equipment services or CAPEX-related projects
• Experience with CAPEX categories is an advantage
• Strong negotiation stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional and international projects
• Experience working with technical stakeholders (engineering maintenance operations) is an advantage
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international environment
• Fluency in English is required
• Willingness to travel occasionally
