CAPEX Global Category Manager Indirect

Job Summary
- Develop implement and drive global category strategies for CAPEX and selected indirect categories in alignment with overall procurement and business objectives
- Manage sourcing activities related to technical equipment machinery and service contracts across multiple regions
- Take full end-to-end ownership of assigned categories including supplier selection contract negotiation pricing lead times and performance management
- Drive cost optimization and value creation through strategic sourcing initiatives standardization and supplier consolidation
- Collaborate closely with engineering operations and project teams to support CAPEX projects and ensure alignment with technical and business requirements
- Identify and develop strategic supplier partnerships including evaluation of new suppliers and technologies
- Monitor supplier markets industry trends and innovations in equipment and technical services
- Support global CAPEX planning and investment projects from sourcing perspective
Qualifications :
- Experience in procurement category management or sourcing of technical equipment services or CAPEX-related projects
- Experience with CAPEX categories is an advantage
- Strong negotiation stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to manage complex cross-functional and international projects
- Experience working with technical stakeholders (engineering maintenance operations) is an advantage
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international environment
- Fluency in English is required
- Willingness to travel occasionally
