Spa and Wellness Membership Manager

• Proactively generate and convert membership leads through tours referrals and follow-up activity
• Conduct personalised consultations confidently presenting membership packages benefits and pricing
• Achieve and exceed membership sales targets driving revenue growth and retention
• Manage prospect pipelines tracking conversion rates and performance metrics
• Build strong relationships with members to maximise engagement and lifetime value
• Identify and develop corporate and local partnership opportunities to grow the membership base
• Support Spa reception in converting enquiries into memberships bookings and retail sales
• Promote spa services retail and wellness offerings to increase overall member spend
• Ensure a luxury guest experience at all touchpoints maintaining Fairmont brand standards
• Oversee accurate membership administration billing and reporting processes
• Handle guest queries and escalations professionally ensuring effective resolution
• Support operational standards team alignment and daily service delivery within Spa & Wellness

Qualifications :

• Proven track record in membership or luxury sales with strong conversion results
• Confident sales approach with excellent closing and negotiation skills
• Commercially driven with a target-focused mindset
• Experience within a luxury spa health club or hospitality environment preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in CRM systems reporting and membership management processes
• Professional presence and high standards of personal presentation
