We are looking for a SaaS Systems Administrator to take full ownership of key internal tools used across the business with a strong focus on Jira Confluence and Google Workspace.
This role is ideal for someone with a solid IT / Operations background who thrives in autonomous environments enjoys bringing structure to ambiguous contexts and is passionate about delivering an excellent experience to internal users.

Your key responsibilities

• Act as the primary owner of Jira Confluence and Google Workspace environments
• Administer configurations permissions access and integrations across these tools
• Provide proactive high-quality support to internal users across multiple business units
• Establish and improve processes standards and best practices for tool usage
• Identify gaps issues and improvement opportunities acting proactively to resolve them
• Create and maintain clear documentation guidelines and usage policies
• Collaborate closely with business teams to understand needs and translate them into scalable solutions
• Ensure reliability organization and governance of all managed systems

Qualifications :

What we expect from you

• Proven experience as a Jira Administrator
• Proven experience as a Google Workspace Administrator
• Hands-on experience with Confluence
• Strong background in IT Operations or SaaS Systems Administration
• Ability to work with high autonomy and take full ownership of systems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users
• A proactive organized and customer-focused mindset

Nice to have

• Experience acting as a systems or tools owner in scaling companies
• Passion for building structured maintainable and well-governed systems
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a global or fast-paced environment
