Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement V&V strategy across system integration and component levels
- Establish scalable test automation frameworks and continuous testing pipelines (nightly weekly regression)
- Drive innovation and efficiency in V&V through tools processes and new technologies
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to align V&V practices and ensure high-quality delivery
- Ensure compliance with automotive standards including ISO 26262Mentor teams and build V&V competency through structured training and guidance
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong experience in automotive V&V including ADAS systems
- Expertise in safety security and degradation testing
- Proven track record in test automation framework development
- Experience with CI/CT tools: Jenkins Azure Cloud GitHub
- Proficiency in Python C or Java
- Experience with REST/FAST APIs and system integration testing
- Good work experience in defining and establishing Validation Test Strategy & Vehicle test Certifications (Preferred)ISTQB Advanced Level (Test Manager / Analyst / Technical)
- Hands-on experience with ISO 26262 lifecycle and compliance
- Knowledge of ASPICE is an advantage
