Our Surgery Center offers a familyoriented supportive environment with a sixmonth orientation to set you up for success. Team members can work in the General OR or specialize in areas like Neuro with crosstraining. How youll contribute

ACentral Sterile Technician Noncertifiedwho excels in this role:

• Provides inspection decontamination assembly and sterilization of instruments and other patient care equipment in accordance with processing guidelines AAMI AORN TJC and OSHA requirements.

• Operates departmental equipment daily according to manufacturer instructions with emphasis on safety.

• Provides customer service to all departments with a focus on the patient need.

• Processes and documents all sterile supplies and equipment daily using chemical biological and mechanical indicators to verify sterility in accordance with manufacturer instructions and hospital policy.

• Monitors and performs antimicrobial and disinfection solutions testing according to manufacturer instructions and documentation daily.

What were looking for

Applicants should have:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
