KBR is seeking qualifiedTVACEngineers to join our OMES III contract supporting environmental testing operations at NASA Goddard Space Flight Centers Integration & Test (I&T) complex in GreenbeltMD.These employees will play a key role inperformingcomplex operations related to space simulation testing for both flight and ground support hardware.
Summary of Work
Provideguidance onspace simulation testing services for space flight and ground support hardwareutilizing10 thermal vacuum chambers 2 temperature and humidity chambers and related support equipment.
DirectsorPerformstesting servicesthermal vacuum tests
Conduct space simulation testing
Required Skills/Knowledge
Demonstrated training andproficiencyin space simulation testing.
Experience with chamber facility and test equipment operations.
Ability to generate operating procedures and equipment operating manuals.
Knowledge of vacuum-compatible materials and processes for fabricating ground support equipment for spaceflight hardware.

Basic Compensation:
Jobs on this contract range from$94000- $172200. Payrange is specific to theGreenbelt MDarea.
The offered rate will be based on the position contract affordability the selected candidates working location knowledge skills abilities experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses commissions or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation.Additionalcompensation may be in the form of sign on bonusrelocationbenefits short-term incentives long-term incentives or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
