Architect (Pipeline)

What success looks like in this role:

• Design and build AI automation and innovation products at enterprise scale
• Translate emerging technology into production-ready software and commercial outcomes
• Design and deploy AI infrastructure and agentic workflows to support product delivery
• Build reusable playbooks toolkits and patterns that accelerate future delivery
• Lead full-stack product engineering across frontend backend and infrastructure
• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through to launch and scaling
• Define product strategy roadmaps and technical architecture aligned to user needs
• Shape user experience and ensure delivery of practical usable solutions
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and guide requirements into deliverable outcomes
• Mentor teams on product thinking design and delivery practices

Technical Competencies

• Full-Stack Engineering: Laravel React Tailwind CSS Shadcn UI PostgreSQL
• Infrastructure & Deployment: Hetzner Laravel Forge cloud-hosted application delivery
• AI & Automation: Agentic workflows local-first AI content pipelines applied AI systems
• Product & UX: Human-computer interaction user-centred design product lifecycle management

Leadership & Impact

• Owns product outcomes end-to-end
• Bridges business intent and technical execution
• Ensures delivery of commercially viable user-centred solutions
• Drives innovation through practical application of emerging technology
