About the Role

We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Assistant position for individuals who are professional dependable and able to support day-to-day customer service activity through strong communication organization and follow-through. This role is well suited to someone who can help maintain a positive customer experience respond to routine inquiries and support service-related tasks in a professional office environment.

The position includes a combination of customer communication service coordination record updates issue tracking internal follow-up and general support for customer service workflows. The right candidate will be comfortable helping customers maintaining accurate information and supporting a team through consistent and organized daily service tasks.

Key Responsibilities
