Registered Nurse (Full-Time Monday-Friday 8am-4pm No Nights Weekends or Holidays)

Overview:
Were seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join an interdisciplinary care team providing high-quality care to older adults in the community. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule strong work-life balance and excellent benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care and develop individualized care plans.
- Coordinate with the care team to ensure safe effective services.
- Monitor health status administer medications and educate participants and families.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support quality care delivery.
Qualifications:
- Current MA RN license.
- 2 years of experience with the geriatric population preferred.
- Strong communication teamwork and clinical judgment skills.
- Local travel required.
Schedule:
- Full-time Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
- No nights weekends or holidays
