Field Supervisor (Foreman) Concrete Construction

Location: Minot ND (On-site)
Pay: $1500 $3500 per week
Job Type: Full-time Part-time Contract Seasonal

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Supervisor (Foreman) to support a growing concrete flatwork and finishing operation. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage projects in the field support crews and ensure high-quality execution from start to finish.

This is a flexible seasonal opportunity with the potential for part-time or full-time work depending on project load and experience.

What Youll Do

Project Management

• Plan staffing needs and allocate materials and equipment

• Execute and maintain project schedules and performance standards

Field Operations

• Work hands-on with crews to complete concrete forming and finishing work

• Ensure job sites are safe clean and operating efficiently

• Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve processes

Coordination & Oversight

• Partner with leadership to ensure projects stay on budget and meet specifications

• Track job progress and maintain basic project documentation

Client & Team Collaboration

• Support existing customer relationships

• Collaborate with leadership on upcoming work and potential new business opportunities

What Were Looking For

• Required: Concrete construction experience (forming & finishing)

• Proven ability to lead crews and manage field operations

• Strong understanding of construction project workflows

• Hands-on team-oriented leadership style

• Solid communication and organizational skills

• Basic comfort with tools like Google Workspace or similar systems (preferred)

Requirements

• Valid drivers license

• Ability to work on-site in Minot ND

• Willingness to relocate (relocation assistance available)

• Schedule: 30-60 hours per week depending on workload
