Position: QA Engineer
Bausch-White Masonry LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Engineer to join our team. As a QA Engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our masonry products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Review and analyze product design and technical specifications to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvement
- Conduct thorough testing of masonry products and services to identify any defects or malfunctions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of quality control processes and procedures
- Participate in design reviews and provide input to improve product quality and reliability
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in quality standards to ensure continuous improvement of our products and services
- Train and mentor other team members on quality assurance processes and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies
- Experience with testing and inspection techniques
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to masonry products and services
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in using quality assurance tools and software
