Provides leadership and management to the departments on individual shifts to achieve companys core work at MCC:Compensation: $80000.00 annuallyGenerous benefits package including medical dental vision disability life insurance and 401(k)Paid Holidays: New Years Memorial Day Fourth of July Labor Day Thanksgiving Day after Thanksgiving Christmas Eve Christmas Day plus two floating holidaysResponsibilities:Adhere to all plant and corporate safety rules procedures and all safety concerns or issues to immediate a clean and safe work the departments on specified shift to ensure effective and of equipment and availability of necessary and trains associates on all departmental procedures quality procedures and all related work instructions safety training and company managers on personnel time collection functions. This includes processing and/or submitting all forms on a timely compliance with established facility safety policies and procedures and other regulations (IE: ISO GMA SAFE HAACP) as :Lean Manufacturing experience.2 to 4 years related leadership experience and/or knowledge of manufacturing operations methods and practices.
