In this role you will be the first point of contact for many customers serving as a trusted advisor to help businesses adopt advanced cloud technologies.
What You Will Do
- First Impressions: Deliver a strong first impression and leverage your sales expertise to cultivate and expand a portfolio of clients.
- Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to fulfill the needs of small and medium-sized businesses using leading cloud technologies.
- Collaboration: Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.
- Voice of the Customer: Collect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business.
- Cloud Strategy: Guide businesses in adopting advanced cloud solutions.
What We Are Looking For
- Language Skills: Proficiency or bilingualism in Swedish plus fluency in English.
- Sales Experience: 12 years of experience in sales with a proven track record or experience in sales account management/customer management.
- Technical Skills: Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g. Dynamics 365 Salesforce).
- Bonus Points: Experience selling/working with MS Azure Office 365 or Dynamics 365 and having Microsoft Fundamentals certifications.
