Job Title: Product Intelligence Data Analyst

Location: Madrid Spain

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid - every 6-8 weeks to the HQ in Madrid


Overview / Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Benchmarking Analyst to support market analysis and competitive benchmarking activities with a particular focus on powertrain systems and technologies.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Analyse large datasets and collect only the necessary key information
  
• Summarise key information in excel format and translate this into clear executive-level powerpoint presentations
  
• Act as the primary point of contact for client requests and final presentations
  
• Conduct deep-dive market and competitor research and analyses to define the positioning of our clients products vs. other market leaders
  
• Competitors analyses and positioning Vs. our clients products
  
• Maintain daily newsfeed updates on industry trends
  
• Available to travel every 6-8 weeks to the HQ in Madrid
  

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other relevant technical backgrounds
  
• Direct experience or good technical knowledge of Engines and/or Transmissions
  
• Mandatory experience in Market research and Data analysis or product strategy
  
• Good analytical skills and capability to translate data into strategic advice
  
• Advanced presentation skills (PPT and oral)
  
• Advanced Excel skills
  
• High proficiency in English. French/Italian/Spanish/Chinese as a plus
  
• Senior profile with at least 5 years of work experience
  
• Being able to work in a challenging and fast paced environment
