Clinical Quality Manager

Our client is growing and is seeking an experienced Clinical Quality Manager to help shape and strengthen their governance and quality framework across multiple services. This role will form part of the Governance Board and add capacity to the existing Senior Management Team.

The Role

Youll lead on clinical quality governance and risk management working closely with senior leaders clinical teams and external stakeholders to:

• Strengthen and embed clinical governance frameworks
• Drive quality improvement and audit programmes
• Oversee incident management compliance and reporting
• Champion a culture of learning safety and excellence
• Ensure that policy is effectively implemented into practice across services

Who Were Looking For

• Clinicians with experience in governance and quality
• Non-clinical professionals with strong experience in quality compliance or healthcare governance

Youll bring:

• Experience in quality improvement audits or risk management
• Strong understanding of CQC and NHS frameworks
• Excellent communication organisational and analytical skills
• A proactive self-motivated approach

What Would Make You Stand Out

• Experience in primary care PCNs or community services
• Knowledge of PSIRF KPI reporting or governance dashboards
• Passion for continuous improvement and patient-centred care

Location Requirement

Candidates should be based within a commutable distance to Buckinghamshire/Berkshire due to the field-based element of the role and must be a car driver/owner.

Contract Details

1-year fixed term (with progression review at 9 months)

Full-time (37.5 hours MondayFriday)
