Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1在所负责的领域有效执行中央市场品牌策略和多渠道业务策略
2通过有效的绩效管理和行为管理完成该区域所需完成的业务目标
3通过对区域市场政策的洞察设计并执行有效的区域项目推动医院准入
4通过与其他部门合作筛选优质CSO合作伙伴并在武田合规政策下提升CSO合作伙伴的疾病领域和武田品牌的专业化推广能力
5针对消化多渠道的KOL开展定期的有效拜访
Qualifications & Skills:
1.本科及以上学历医药或相关专业
2.10年以上医药行业相关工作经验
3.三年以上外资营销管理经验
4.较强的业绩管理和有效性管理能力
5.有慢病管理或普药推广经验
6.良好的疾病领域产品和竞品知识以及区域政策的解读能力
7.丰富的医院准入或市场准入经验
8.良好的跨部门沟通能力出色的项目管理经验较强的学习和探索精神
