Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree in human services is required and two years experience in child and family services preferred.
- Compassion eagerness to learn and a passion for advocating for children and families are essential. Well teach you the rest!
A Day in the Life:
As a Foster Care Worker you will:
- Support children and families to ensure children can safely thrive in their home environments.
- Teach families vital skills such as emotion regulation building healthy relationships conflict resolution and effective communication.
- Collaborate with foster parents to provide training licensing support and guidance for them and the children in their care.
