ABOUT THE ROLE
The General Worker supports the day-to-day operations of the hospital by ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently safely and in line with Nurture Healths policies and processes. This role plays an important part in maintaining the physical environment that supports patient care and rehabilitation.
You will work closely with the Nursing Manager and broader team to ensure that the facility remains clean organised and fully operational.
You will:
- Carry out daily tasks in line with hospital routines and instructions.
- Support the upkeep of a clean safe and organised environment.
- Assist with general maintenance cleaning and operational support tasks.
- Transport items equipment or patients where required.
- Report issues risks or maintenance needs promptly.
- Work collaboratively with clinical and operational teams.
- Follow all health safety and infection control procedures.

ABOUT YOU
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP)
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare environment (e.g. porter cleaner general worker security)
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to daily task requirements
- Basic understanding of health safety and workplace procedures
- Own transport
