Working for our team you can truly make a are looking for a 2nd Shift Finishing Lead to join our team! The Finishing Lead manages the day-to-day activities of the Finishing departments. Assists in evaluating current and proposed systems and procedures. Recommends changes when necessary and assists in the implementation of new processes. Ensures subordinates support related initiatives for their employees in accordance with company management in special projects and performs other duties as :Minimum of a High School degree with some college education preferredRequires five plus years of progressively responsible experience including scheduling and real-time operations managementStrong experience in Manufacturing Supply Chain or FulfillmentMust have Lean Manufacturing experienceDemonstrated Change Management leadership skillsExcellent strategic thinking skillsSolid ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong teamwork communication and organization skillsExceptional problem resolution and analysis skillsAttention to detail and a strong focus on safety and qualityPrior experience with cross-functional teamsMinimal travel as necessary The physical demands require standing using hands to finger feel and touch; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear. This position requires frequent walking. Occasionally employee is required to climb or balance stoop kneel crouch or crawl. Must be able to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds.
