POSITION SUMMARY

MCSs success starts with the people that we employ. The primary role of the Production Associate is to deliver all records retrieved in a timely and organized manner to the requestor in accordance with the requestors preferences.
REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKS
- Verifying all records are on the correct subject (ss# d/o/b/ name).
- Verifying all records are legible.
- Verifying if records are additional or duplicates.
- Verifying all records are the requested dates (when requested).
- Entering the correct production order action code in the system.
- Completing all must go record requests.
- Entering all fees associated with the records.
- Delivering the records i.e. scanning uploading printing mailing.
- Reviewing the production order and billing the records.
- Separating the production orders for review.
- Completing 20 production orders per hour.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel Outlook Teams and Adobe.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in typing downloading organizing and managing electronic documents.
- Ability to deal effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Good judgment and ability to make timely and sound decisions.
- Creative flexible and innovative team player.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 10-25 lbs without assistance

COMPENSATION
- Starting $17.00 an hour
