What Youll Be Doing

• Learn to safely operate mobile equipment such as haul trucks loaders and water trucks under supervision

• Support daily quarry production by transporting raw materials efficiently

• Conduct preoperation inspections and report equipment conditions

• Follow safety procedures traffic patterns and operational guidelines

• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area

• Strong safety awareness with the ability to follow procedures consistently

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn mobile equipment operation

• Dependability teamwork and a proactive work ethic

• Ability to work outdoors and adapt to changing site conditions

• Effective communication skills and attention to detail

Physical Demands

• Ability to sit for extended periods while operating equipment

• Capability to climb ladders steps and uneven surfaces

• Ability to lift carry push and pull materials or tools up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation

• Frequent bending standing walking and use of hands and feet to operate controls

• Visual hearing and depthperception ability required to operate equipment safely

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug screen and background check

• Continued compliance with company safety training and regulatory requirements

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
