Job Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Operate forklift to load unload and move product throughout the warehouse
Check truck drivers in and out and assist with scheduling and coordination
Load and off-load freight safely and efficiently
Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products
Repair and clean damaged product as needed
Maintain cleanliness of warehouse office areas and surrounding grounds
Assist with general maintenance tasks
Support warehouse operations during peak season and special projects
Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting productivity expectations
Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

24 years of forklift experience required
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexible and adaptable to changing daily tasks and priorities
Reliable transportation required
Availability to work extended hours during peak season (late April through early August)
