Role Responsibilities

Solution Architect Solution Engineering (Java) - Pune MH

You will be working with a team of engineers with a broad range of responsibilities including all aspects of software engineering like requirements understanding and validation solution design detailed design development testing and software configuration management. Build products systems and services that are optimized well organized and maintainable and have high impact on our end users. You will also -

• Developing seamless integrations with risk and compliance orchestration third-party systems and digital platforms.
• Designing efficient big data handling and analytics for reporting and investigation (e.g. PostgreSQL Snowflake).
• Ensuring systems comply with financial regulations by implementing checks controls transaction monitoring and data reconciliation.
• Incorporating emerging technologies like AI and Micro frontend into platforms.
• Building fault-tolerant systems that handle high transaction volumes reliably and ensure accurate regulatory reporting.
• Domain Architectural Ownership

• Design andmaintainarchitecture for scalable reliable and secure applications and services.

• Lead architecture reviews proof-of-concepts and design discussions across teams.

• Define and enforce coding standards architectural guidelines and best practices.

• Evaluate and recommend tools frameworks and technologies based on evolving business needs.

• Work withproductteam and define the solution for compliance back-office projects.

Team Leadership:

• Ability to work withcross-functional team of developers providing direction support.

• Collaborate with Product Managers QA DevOps and UX to ensure smooth delivery.

• Drive engineering excellence through agile practices code reviews and continuous improvement.

Delivery & Execution:

• Own end-to-end technical delivery of features and systems from planning through deployment.

• Break down high-level requirements into technical solutions and delegate effectively.

• Identifyand address technical debt and system inefficiencies proactively.

• Ensuretimelydelivery of milestones whilemaintaininghigh quality.

Role Requirements

• 7 years of software development experience
• 2 years in a Solution lead capacity within a medium to large organization.

• Track records of successful software architecture design and implementation

• Proven ability to understandbusinessand ability to contribute to technology direction that drives measurable business improvements

• Demonstrated capabilities in assessing business needs while providing creative and effective solutions in conformance toemergingtechnology standards

• Experience with architecture design concepts and techniques and the ability to communicate and evangelize those concepts to internal stakeholders and external partners

• Excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals data structures algorithms OOPs and OOA/D

• Demonstrated experience in modern programming languages (for example Java/C) and design patterns

• Hands-on experience in buildingmicroservicesbased architecture and platform developed and deployed at scale

• Hands-on experience in Java/J2EE XML Web technologies Web Services
• Hands on experience in front end using Angular or React.

• Experience with agile development methodologies with Test Driven Development (TDD) and CI (Continuous Integration)/CD (Continuous Delivery)

• Champion engineering best practices including CI/CD automated testing and infrastructure as code

• Collaborate withDevopsand Platform teams tooptimizedeployment pipelines and monitoring systems

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with distributed systems API design and data modeling.

• Experience with Risk & Compliance back-office controls and case management applications.

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker Kubernetes).

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps culture.

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.

• Experience with UX/UI technologies

Nice to have:

• Experience in Financial Services industry

• Experience in Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google or Hybrid) based architecture designs and implementations
