Lead Barista

Job Description:

Essential Functions:

• Greet guests in a timely manner with a professional friendly tone
• Provide attentive efficient friendly service following our SOPs
• Willing to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays
• Complete all opening side work to prepare yourself for the shift
• Complete all closing side work at end of shift
• Perform duties to include but not limited to: take orders mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee espresso cappuccino cafe latte tea chai etc. Prepare food make smoothies and sell items per guest request.
• Conduct inventory and order items as need.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage;
• Follow all policies and procedures
• Responsible for personal hygiene grooming clean uniform and professional appearance
• Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work and clocking in only after being in full uniform
• Perform other duties as signed by the manager

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
• Previous experience a plus
• Must be able to stand/walk for duration of shift
• Must be able to lift bend reach squat use both hands push and pull.
• Must be able to lift /push/pull up to 30 pounds.
