In addition to acting as a kitchen lead in Pearsons Cafe this position also acts as the events Sous Chef at our beautiful Stone Barn at Sebago Lake during the events season located right here on campus. From weddings to meetings to community suppers you can expand and elevate your talents to create high-end meals throughout the year.

Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Five years kitchen operations experience or applicable culinary experience in a similar volume quality food service establishment
- Two years of management experience
- Events and catering experience preferred
- ServSafe certified or equivalent safe food handler certified - must provide valid certification within 120 days of hire and must maintain certification
- CPR certified or ability to become certified - must provide valid certification within 120 days of hire and must maintain certification
