Talent Acquisition Specialist – Europe (mfd)

We are looking for a motivated and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist(m/f/d) based in Ukraine to join our Global Business Talent Acquisition team supporting hiring across Europe for corporate/business roles. You will join an international team of 5 distributed across Germany Bulgaria and India working closely together in an agile collaborative way.

About the Role

• Own fullcycle recruitment for business and corporate roles across Europe covering multiple functions and seniority levels
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define sourcing and assessment strategies
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders sharing market insights and recruitment best practices
• Proactively source and engage relevant talent pools using diverse channels and approaches
• Conduct interviews autonomously ensuring a consistent structured and highquality selection process
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience through clear timely and transparent communication
• Use recruitment KPIs and reports within ATS tools (e.g. Greenhouse) to drive datainformed hiring decisions
• Drive a strong match between candidates and Flix culture while representing the Flix employer brand
  

About You

• 3 years of fullcycle in-house recruitment experience in a fastpaced international environment
• Hands-on experience hiring business and corporate roles across different seniority levels and functions (e.g. Marketing Finance Sales Operations Commercial)
• Strong stakeholder and offer management skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships
• Agile and resilient comfortable adapting to changing priorities and evolving business needs
• Confident using data and recruitment metrics to drive informed hiring decisions
• Fluent English strong communications skills
