The Job
As a Sales Specialist you will play a vital role in expanding our Feed Additives & Components business in Poland. Your responsibilities will include:

• Sale of products from the available raw materials portfolio (feed additives and components)

• Managing a portfolio of clients and actively building and expanding relationships

• Supervision of contracts and coordination of contracting and execution processes

• Execute sales and operational plans

• Building strong product positions in the subordinate region

• Analyzing the market monitoring trends and seeking new business opportunities to support the companys growth

You are
To succeed in this role it is essential to be independent well-organized and driven by results. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• Bachelors or masters degree in commerce economics or another related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in a commercial environment

• Strong planning and organizational skills with a high level of independence

• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills

• Very good command of MS Office

• Good knowledge of English enabling fluent communication
