Your future role
Well look to you for:
- Lead and coordinate production team activities to achieve operational targets
- Ensure strict adherence to safety quality and environmental standards
- Monitor production schedules and proactively resolve delays or issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and improve processes
- Provide training coaching and ongoing support to develop production team capability
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and performance
All about you:
- Hold a relevant Trade Qualification (Certificate III in Electrotechnology OR Cert III In Engineering - Mechanical)
- Demonstate strong leadership of the delivery quality performance and day to day management of Production Teams
- Detailed understanding of manufacturing processes systems and technologies
- Experience from a similar position in an operational manufacturing working environment
