Key job responsibilities
- Manage cross-functional projects to enhance operational capabilities and customer satisfaction
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key operational processes
- Work with internal Amazon teams like TESS to ensure correct configurations for new sites and lanes
- Troubleshoot TESS configuration issues and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical blockers
- Coordinate with ATROPs on system integration data validation and process improvements
- Partner with product teams to identify requirements and implement technical solutions
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and measure impact
- Coordinate with stakeholders like Fulfillment Centers Transportation and Product
- Other duties as assigned

About the team
Amazon Pharmacy (AP) Transportation Analytics Planning & Execution (TAPE) works to optimize speed cost and quality with a high delivery performance bar for our customers medication shipments. We serve as a steward of the pharmacy network working to ensure all decisions on transportation capacity and carriers are in the best interest of customers and Amazon as a whole while ensuring compliance and safety are foremost in all our transportation decisions. TAPEs responsibilities fall broadly into categories of: Network Planning & Integration Delivery Performance Management Compliance Execution and Analytics. We have provided customers with the ability to find transparent and simple pricing receive 24/7 customer service support and have their meds delivered to their doorsteps while creating programs and products that embody our mission and position ourselves in becoming the worlds safest and fastest online pharmacy.

- 3 years of supply chain inventory management or project management experience
- Bachelors degree in business administration economics mathematics engineering statistics or related field
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills attention to detail and effective communication abilities
- Experience in procurement negotiation sales consulting supply chain product/project management or marketing
- Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level

- Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
- 5 years of supply chain experience
- 5 years of owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Experience with transportation configuration

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
