Purpose and Goals

Priority-1 Inc. is a domestic freight services company that specializes in offering full service nationwide logistics services to its customers. Priority-1 focuses on Less Than Truckload (LTL) Truckload (TL) and Expedited services. Priority -1 is seeking to hire a Digital Pricing Specialist.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Capable of identifying customer needs and maintaining a customer service philosophy.
  • Efficient by being able to multitask problem solve and prioritize workload.
  • Being Proactive on Calling on Customers to help the Win/Loss Ratio
  • Maintain Relationships with Sales and Agents to work together through being able to secure more truckloads.
  • Inpect load information and verify that all is correct to proceed with the loads.
  • Scheduling/Setting Appts with Shippers and Receivers
  • Keeping up with the Day-to-Day operations to make sure Loads are being worked on and followed up on.
  • Ability to use decision making skills to offer options and resolve problems.

-$17.30 per hour

Physical Requirements:

Job functions require long periods of sitting and working from computer workstation; ability to multi-task problem solve and prioritize daily workload; excellent organization and record keeping skills; comfortable with oral and written communications primarily on the telephone and email. Requires extended periods of sitting normal walking bending twisting and stretching. Capability of sight and hearing required. Ability to deal with stressful situations and occasionally working extended hours. To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
