Key Account Manager - Your future position

Working location: Melbourne (Preston preferred) OR Sydney (Baulkham Hills)

Reporting to: Sales Lead

Main Responsibilities

Drive for Results & Growth

  • Manage and develop initiatives designed to retain and win new key accounts.
  • Achieve annual sales and newbusiness targets through a balanced focus on existing and new customers contributing directly to growth objectives.
  • Build and expand key customer relationships developing initiatives that strengthen partnerships and secure longterm wins.
  • Introduce new products to customers identify opportunities and translate customer insights into actionable business growth.
  • Collaborate with planning teams on accurate sales forecasts monitor performance and present results to guide business decisions.

Customer Experience

  • Manage strategic customer relationships ensuring business objectives are met and longterm partnerships strengthened.
  • Champion customer success by understanding customers business and marketing strategies to secure briefs deliver tailored solutions and proactively address their needs and complaints.
  • Drive strategic projects by coordinating and delivering key projects on time aligning outcomes with customer goals and Givaudans growth priorities.
  • Track and forecast business performance while identifying new opportunities through market insights and business analysis.

Account Management

  • Lead with insight by monitoringmarket trends and competitive activity sharing actionable intelligence with internal teams to shape strategy.
  • Prepare proactive presentations and monthly reports that highlight new wins customer progress and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain project briefs and key data in Atlas ensuring information is current and reliable.
  • Strengthen business performance by supporting account health through proactive followups timely payment coordination and collaborative communication across teams.

Main Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years sales experience in food or related industry
  • Bachelors degree in any relevant field
  • Project management and CRM experience is desirable
