SUMMARY OVERVIEW

The Aircraft Cleaner Leadis responsible foroverseeing the cleaning of theaircraftsinterior ensuring that they meet specific hygiene and safety standards. This role involves coordinating with a team ofaircraftcleaners providing training and support where necessary. The Aircraft Cleaner Lead also inspectsaircraftafter cleaning to guarantee the quality of work and compliance with airline and regulatory guidelines. Additionally this position may require managing inventory of cleaning supplies liaising with airline staff and ensuringtimelycompletion of cleaning tasks.â

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and coordinate with a team ofaircraftcleanersââ
• Responsible for cleaningaircraftand assigned tasksââ
• Ensure all cleaning activitiescomply withaviation standards and safety regulationsââ
• Trainnew staffinaircraftcleaning procedures and the use of cleaning equipmentââ
• Inspectaircraftcabins for cleanliness and report any maintenance issuesâ
• Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment ensuring adequate stocksââ
• Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules to minimizeaircraftdowntimeââ
• Conduct regular quality checks tomaintainhigh standardsof cleanlinessââ
• Liaise with airline representatives and airport staff for cleaning requirementsââ
• Handle and report lost and found items according to company and airport policiesââ
• Employing problem solving abilities for issue resolutionâ
• Respond to emergency cleaning situations asrequiredââ
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and schedulesââ
• Demonstrate leadership and provide guidance to the cleaning teamââ
• Working under pressure to meet internal and external targets or deadlinesâ
• ExemplifyPrimeFlightcustomer service and safety standards
• Perform anyadditionalduties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

• 18 years of age or older
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a valid state-issued drivers license with an acceptable driving record
• Communicate effectively in English (reading writing speaking)
• 1 year of hospitality oraircraftcleaning experience
• Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically including theuseofelectronic devices includingIPads/Tablets Computers and Mobile Devices
• Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients both in-person and through electronic means
• Pass a background check and drug screen
• Eligibility toacquireneeded credentials and clearances (FAA TSA Port Authority U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
• Airlines are 24/7 so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nightsweekendsand holidays
