Job Description:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our healthcare team in Greensburg PA. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and support individuals in improving their daily living and functional skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
- Support patients in performing therapeutic activities and exercises
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately
- Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and care plans
- Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment
Requirements:
- Active COTA certification and state license (Pennsylvania)
- Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
