Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and logistic support on training activities and day-to-day operation of Operations Training Centres
- Handle enquiries maintain training system records classroom booking register and documentation
- Assist in preparing training materials and correspondences as well as minutes-taking
- Support house-keeping and other ad hoc activities in maintaining a good training environment
- Coordinate and monitor procurement progress and associated budget record keeping
Requirements
- Grade E / Level 2 / Attained or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE including Chinese and English Languages
- A minimum of 4 years relevant experience preferably with prior experiences in training sector or academic institution
- A meticulous team player with positive mind-set and the ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
- Hands-on experience in software applications such as Chinese and English word processing Excel and PowerPoint
Remarks
- Candidates with higher qualification but less experience will also be considered
