Description
Capital & Balance Sheet Advisory
- Advise insurers on capital optimisation strategies under Solvency II and equivalent regimes
- Analyse solvency positions capital consumption and return metrics
- Support CFO / CRO-level discussions on capital efficiency and strategic planning
Reinsurance Structuring & Execution
- Design and structure life reinsurance solutions (quota share longevity financing reinsurance etc.)
- Assess economic accounting and regulatory impacts
- Lead interactions with reinsurers
- Financial Solutions & Transactional Work
- Develop innovative balance sheet solutions (risk transfer capital relief financing structures)
- Contribute to transactions involving capital management portfolio optimisation or legacy deals
- Participate in end-to-end execution from structuring to closing
- Client Advisory & Business Development
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (CFO CRO Head of ALM etc.)
- Support origination efforts and contribute to the growth of the platform
- Prepare high-impact materials (client pitches strategic analyses transaction documents)
Candidate Profile
- Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude with strong attention to details
- Strong commercial knowledge of Insurance products
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
