In this role you will guide and support the nursing team to maintain the highest standards of care for residents. Your responsibilities will include managing staff rotas conducting performance appraisals leading clinical audits and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalised care plans all while ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
What Were Looking For:
Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current valid nursing license
Proven experience in a clinical managerial or supervisory role
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills in patient care
