Job Summary
We are working with a prominent academy in Westminster seeking a proactive Attendance Officer. This is a full-time permanent role starting ASAP focused on promoting a culture of punctuality and engagement.
The Role
Data Analysis: Monitor and analyse daily attendance data with total precision identifying students at risk of persistent absence.
Intervention: Coordinate with families and pastoral teams to remove barriers to regular attendance through professional and humane dialogue.
Reporting: Prepare detailed attendance reports for the Senior Leadership Team and Governors highlighting trends and the impact of interventions.
Safeguarding: Act as a key link for vulnerable students ensuring their welfare is prioritized through consistent school engagement.
