Your responsibilities:
By identifying new market opportunities evaluating regional potential and developing and executing structured strategic expansion plans you drive business development and sales growth across the EMEA region .
You acquire and develop new B2B customers such as dealers workshops online retailers and distributors while also strengthening and growing existing key accounts to increase turnover profitability and long-term customer loyalty.
The analysis of market trends competitor activities pricing structures and industry developments belong to your scope to identify new business opportunities and actionable insights within the powersports sector.
You design and implement regional sales initiatives and promotional campaigns in close collaboration with CSMs conduct regular customer visits and digital meetings and actively support dealer programs across the region.
Through KPI tracking and reporting you monitor and evaluate sales performance provide strategic market insights to Category Management Purchasing Marketing and Logistics and represent the company at international trade fairs and industry events.
You bring along:
You bring 7 years of experience in Business Development Sales Key Account Management or Market Development ideally in an international B2B environment.
You have experience in the powersports automotive sporting goods or distribution industry.
You demonstrate strong business acumen analytical thinking and a customer-oriented commercially driven mindset.
You possess excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills and are able to work independently across multiple markets. Furthermore you are fluent in English and German; additional languages such as French Spanish Italian or Arabic are an advantage
You are comfortable with MS Office CRM systems and digital communication tools and are willing to travel internationally.
An interest in motorcycles or powersports is preferred.
