AWM Order Rules Analyst

The Review & Release team performs timely manual reviews of trade orders that are flagged for additional checks before being sent to the market. The team reviews order details relevant account information and control indicators to determine whether an order should be approved for execution held pending additional information or rejected. Coverage includes equities/ETFs listed options and mutual funds with a focus on risk mitigation and compliance with internal controls and applicable regulatory addition the team supports the broader trading control environment by performing routinemaintenance to pre-trade order controlswithin the order rules engine reviewing and actioningpre-market control reportsto help ensure the health of the open order population and responding tofront-office inquiriesrelated to orders and controls. This role supportsCWM Full Service and Self-Directedlines of business duringregular and extended-hours trading. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail clear verbal and written communication and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced market-driven environment.

Required Qualifications Skills and Capabilities:

• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English essential for daily communication with US management and counterparties.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
• Strong client/customer focus with the ability to assist internal clients and prioritize inquiries.
• Collaborative team player with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize workloads effectively and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.

• Familiarity with and experience using Tableau Alteryx Python is preferred.
