Job Description

* EHS関連のデータ入力集計分析報告書作成
* EHS関連文書手順書記録ガイドライン等の作成更新管理
* EHS関連法規制の遵守状況の確認と必要な改善活動の支援

*ISO取得のためのドキュメント準備既存ドキュメントの整理などの支援

* 安全衛生委員会などの会議運営補助資料準備議事録作成など

* 従業員向けのEHSトレーニングプログラムの準備実施支援
* 危険源特定リスクアセスメント事故調査などのEHS活動の支援
* EHS関連設備の点検スケジュール管理および点検結果の記録
* 緊急時対応計画の策定支援および訓練の実施支援
* EHS関連の社内連絡情報共有の促進

* 拠点Securityに関するデータ確認集計分析報告書作成

* その他EHS部門の円滑な運営に必要な管理業務全般

応募資格**

* 環境健康安全EHSに関する基礎的な知識または関心
* 一般的なPCスキルMicrosoft Office Suite: Word Excel PowerPoint

MSの基礎的な知識Power BIを使ってのデータの可視化経験があれば尚可

* データ入力管理分析に関する経験があれば尚可

* 正確かつ几帳面な事務処理能力
* 高いコミュニケーション能力とチームワークを重視する姿勢
* 日本語での優れた読み書き能力
* 歓迎英語での基本的なコミュニケーション能力
* 歓迎EHS関連の資格安全衛生管理者衛生管理者など
* 歓迎製造業または医療機器業界でのEHS関連業務経験
