HowYoullMake an Impact

As aLicensed Practical Nurseyoullbe a trusted partner in our patients recovery journeys. You will:

  • Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing processAssessment Planning Intervention and Evaluation
  • Collaborate closely with patients families and our interdisciplinary care team to create personalized care plans
  • Monitor and communicate changes in patient conditions to physicians supervisors and colleagues
  • Play a key role in the discharge planning process to support safe successful transitions

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
  • Current state licensure as Licensed Practical Nurse.

Additional requirements include:

  • CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
  • Minimum six months Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
