Job Summary
Tetra Pak is looking for an Inside Sales Executive who will drive specific operational or customer management activities/projects under the guidance of KAD or KAM. You will support KAD / KAM in relationship management value selling forecasting & credit management & collection.
This position will be based in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam
What you will do
As an Inside Sales Executive you will:
- Lead specific operational or customer management activities/projects with the customer andnbsp:(mostly with key accounts or strategic accounts)
- Support KAD/KAM in forecasting: liase with CSR and customer on demand projections validate the customer forecast compile necessary information regarding new launches discontinuation of certain SKUandrsquo:s etc
- Support KAD/KAM in Value Selling: collect from customer and external sources data required for building value argumentation: support the value selling case build-up preparation of sales contract: follow-up implementation with relevant stakeholders
- Support KAD/KAM in Relationship Management: analyse relevant internal and external data required for KA planning: set-up KA Team meetings follow-up on RCS and EDCS process results and action planning
- Support KAD/KAM in Credit Management and Collection: follow-up receivable reports flag issues and follow-up on actions
We believe you have
- Minimum total 2 years of experience in sales.
- Analytical skills
- Process orientation
- Basic financial skills
