Job Summary

The Full Stack Developer plays a key role in designing building and supporting secure scalable and high performance digital experiences for B2B advisor platforms across the Americas. This role partners closely with product owners UX designers security and platform teams to deliver modern cloud native web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Angular and AWS supporting both public facing and authenticated experiences.
As a hands on engineer you will contribute across the full software development lifecyclefrom design and development to deployment and production supportwhile applying sound engineering judgment security by design principles and modern DevOps practices. The role encourages thoughtful use of AI assisted and agentic development tools to improve delivery speed quality and automation while maintaining strong governance and code standards.

**This hybrid role (in office Tuesday Wednesday Thursday) is based in Mexico City MX**

Responsibilities

Provide system analysis design development and implementation of full stack web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Angular Java TypeScript and AWS.
Translate business and technical requirements into secure scalable solutions using modular architectures RESTful APIs and microservices.
Design and develop responsive accessible user interfaces aligned with enterprise design systems ensuring consistent UI patterns component reuse and adherence to web standards.
Implement and maintain secure authentication and authorization flows including SSO OAuth tokenbased security and identity federation applying OWASP and secure coding standards.
Design build and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting automated build test and deployment workflows; leverage containerization technologies such as Docker and modern DevOps practices.
Deploy applications across development test and production environments; provide postrelease production support and participate in incident resolution and change management.
Participate in Agile ceremonies design reviews code inspections and testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
Review code and collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and promote best practices in architecture security and maintainability.
Collaborate closely with product owners UX designers QA security infrastructure and global delivery teams to deliver highquality solutions.
Leverage AIassisted and agentic development tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot Claude and emerging agentic workflows) to accelerate development enhance testing and improve documentation.
Ensure all solutions comply with Information Technology and Information Security policies standards and procedures.

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field or an equivalent combination of education training and experience.

35 years of application development experience with full stack web technologies.

Handson experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Full stack development experience using Angular Java and TypeScript.

Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating thirdparty platforms.

Experience building and deploying applications on AWS.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines source control and deployment automation.

Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.

Working knowledge of secure web development authentication and authorization flows and SSO.

Experience working within or contributing to enterprise design systems.

Understanding of web standards accessibility and responsive design.

English speaking required.

Special Factors

Hybrid work schedule with inoffice presence required Tuesday through Thursday.

Participation in oncall or production support rotations may be required on a limited basis.

Nice to have: exposure to agentic AI concepts or workflows AIassisted development tools headless CMS or cloudnative architectures and DevSecOps practices.
