Your Responsibilities

• Handling of export sea freight shipments (LCL / FCL) from order receipt to invoicing
• Customer supplier and partner data management in the forwarding system
• Documentation and customs clearance
• Transport organization: pre-carriage main carriage on-carriage
• Cost control and claim handling
• Identifying process improvement opportunities

Your Profile

• Completed commercial education ideally in freight forwarding or logistics
• Excellent command of German and good to very good English skills (spoken & written)
• Confident in using MS Office (especially Excel Outlook Word)
• Reliable communicative and customer-oriented
• Comfortable working in an international environment
