REGIONAL HEAD OF SALES EMEA (M/F/D)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and drive the regional strategic sales direction to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Implement the regional sales strategy tailoring initiatives to local market needs and dynamics
• Provide actionable insights to the global sales team and market segments about regional trends competitor activities and customer needs
• Lead coach and develop the regional sales team and corresponding distributors to ensure performance and alignment with the global sales strategy
• Leverage customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
• Responsibility to achieve defined regional sales and margin targets
• Ensure alignment with pricing governance and key account prioritization

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Business Administration Textile Engineering Chemistry or equivalent qualification
• Experience in a medium-sized company environment with international steering combined with the ability to manage effectively in a global matrix organization
• Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational execution
• Extensive leadership experience in international sales ideally in a regional or global role
• Leadership skills with a focus on empowerment through effective communication tailored to people situations and desired outcomes
• Deep understanding of market dynamics customer needs and competitive environments
• Solid experience in budget management pricing governance and key account prioritization
• Business fluent communication skills in English both written and verbal and the ability to act confidently across different hierarchy levels
• Willingness to travel on business internationally
