We are looking for a Service Manager - Kitchen (Western)

As a Service Manager - Kitchen (Western) we rely on you to

• Formulate menus in accordance with the annual promotion plan.

• Be responsible for drafting purchase requisition plans to ensure the rational cyclic utilization of food ingredients with guaranteed quality.

• Conduct daily inspections on the quality of Western kitchen food output assist in the decoration and arrangement of the buffet counter and handle unexpected issues in a timely manner.

• Inspect the quality of incoming food raw materials daily formulate product quality specifications and ensure compliance with operational standards.

• Conduct regular inspections and supervision on the on-the-job training of the Western kitchen team.

• Assist the Executive Sous Chef in effectively implementing cost control measures for the Western kitchen.

• Assist in organizing technical training for Western kitchen staff to ensure their on-the-job operational capabilities and comprehensive professional quality meet the job requirements.

We are looking for someone who:

• Have more than 5 years of relevant management experience in a Western kitchen.
• Be proficient in professional knowledge of Western kitchen positions and possess a certain ability of innovation.
• Have a thorough understanding of HACCP and food safety management systems in international hotels.
• Be a responsible person with strong organizational and management capabilities.
