We are looking for a Service Manager - Kitchen (Western)
As a Service Manager - Kitchen (Western) we rely on you to
Formulate menus in accordance with the annual promotion plan.
Be responsible for drafting purchase requisition plans to ensure the rational cyclic utilization of food ingredients with guaranteed quality.
Conduct daily inspections on the quality of Western kitchen food output assist in the decoration and arrangement of the buffet counter and handle unexpected issues in a timely manner.
Inspect the quality of incoming food raw materials daily formulate product quality specifications and ensure compliance with operational standards.
Conduct regular inspections and supervision on the on-the-job training of the Western kitchen team.
Assist the Executive Sous Chef in effectively implementing cost control measures for the Western kitchen.
Assist in organizing technical training for Western kitchen staff to ensure their on-the-job operational capabilities and comprehensive professional quality meet the job requirements.
We are looking for someone who:
- Have more than 5 years of relevant management experience in a Western kitchen.
- Be proficient in professional knowledge of Western kitchen positions and possess a certain ability of innovation.
- Have a thorough understanding of HACCP and food safety management systems in international hotels.
- Be a responsible person with strong organizational and management capabilities.
